Choosing a Childcare Provider

We have our 19 month old son Alan in a Family Child Care Setting. We ensured that his caregiver was approved and monitored by an Agency and reviewed her letter of recommendations,and discussed with her our expectations were of not only our caregiver but of ourselves as parents, as well!

We constantly bring little gifts, and always say thank you. Even though we are paying for the service, we do provide "tips" which in our eyes, and hearts, the person who cares for our son Monday to Friday, 250 days a year deserves. Our caregiver is so important to our family that renumeration and words will never be enough.
