Finding a Job

by Susan Farrell

There are numerous employment sites on the web, many are specific to your area. Make a list of all the employers in your area that you think you might be interested in working for. Then search the web for those companies to determine if they have a web site and post job openings on their site. In addition, here are a few to look at:

www.citysearch.com (then check for you city/state listings)
www.topjobs.com
www.prostaff.com
www.usajobs.opm.gov (government listings)
www.fastcompany.com
www.monster.com
www.monsterboard.com
www.talink.com
www.headhunter.net
www.headhunters.com
www.americasemployers.com
www.psa.careerbuilder.com
www.census.gov
www.jobs.com
www.hotjobs.com
www.dice.com
www.americanexpress.com
www.uswest.com
