2 lbs. extra lean ground beef (9% fat or less) or ground turkey (7% fat) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large skillet with non-stick coating.Brown meat with onion. Add sauces, seasonings, and corn. Mix well.Spray a 9-inch by 12-inch pan with non-stick coating. Layer mixture withtortillas, starting with one fourth of the meat mixture and topping withone third of the tortilla strips. Continue layering, ending with the meatmixture. Cover and bake for 35-40 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Addcheese and cook another 5 minutes.
