2 packages (1.3 oz. each) sugar-free chocolate pudding (instant or cook type)
Mix pudding according to package directions, except use 3 1/3 cups of milk.Beat in peanut butter. Line a 9" x 13" pan with half the graham crackersquares. Three squares will have to be cut in half to line the pan. Spreadpudding mixture over graham crackers. Top with remaining crackers. Freezefor four hours. Cut into squares and remove from pan.
