1 package (20 oz.) sugar cookie dough Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 16-inch pizza pan with a non-stickspray. Slice cookie dough into 1/4-inch thick slices. Arrange slices onpizza pan so that they are 1/2 to 1-inch apart. Bake for 18-20 minutes oruntil golden and set. Cool. In small mixing bowl, combine pudding mix andmilk. Beat on low to mix. Add cream cheese and beat until smooth andthickened. Pour over cooled cookie crust. Arrange fruit on top. Source: Quick & Healthy Recipes and Ideas
