1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix cornflake crumbs with seasonings. Coatchicken with seasoned crumbs and arrange in a 9" x 13" baking pan that hasbeen sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Spray skillet with nonstickcooking spray and saute onions. Add broth and wine and bring to a boil.Pour around chicken. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes. Meanwhile, sautemushrooms in a skillet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.Arrange around chicken after the chicken has cooked for 30 minutes. Bake anadditional 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Yield: 8 servings
