Baked Eggs

4 eggs
2 slices of ham (roughly chopped up)
1 tomato (roughly chopped up)
8 teaspoonfuls of fresh cream
salt
pepper

1. Pre-heat oven to 200¼C or until hot.
2. Take 4 bowls and place a teaspoonful of cream at the bottom of eachbowl.
3. Add a serving of chopped ham and tomato.
4. Add 1 egg over that.
5. Add another teaspoonful of cream and then salt and pepper.
6. Fill a flattish dish with some water. Place bowls in this dish.
7. Put dish in the oven for about 5-7 minutes. The whites of the eggsshould be slightly cooked, but the yolk should not be cooked.
8. Serve with bread and a salad.

Serves 4.
