Spanish Yogurt Sauce

from Brenda Ponichtera

1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro (optional)
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 cup salsa, thick and chunky

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until serving.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups (6 servings)
One serving: 1/4 cup
Per serving: 39 calories, 7 grams carbohydrate, 3 grams protein, 1 gram fatExchanges: 1 vegetable

Serve this with Mexican dishes in place of sour cream. It really tastes good!
