Chicken Breast with Honey Wine Sauce

1 cup dry white wine
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4 skinned and boned chicken breasts cut into 1"x2" chunks
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup honey

In a large bowl, mix the wine, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Add thechicken pieces, stir to coat and marinate in fridge for one hour. Drainchicken, reserving marinade. In a shallow dish, mix the flour, salt, andpepper. Lightly dredge the chicken, one piece at a time in the seasonedflour. In a large frying pan (or wok) heat the oil until moderatelyhot. Add the chicken and cook, turning until brown on all sides. Add thehoney to the reserved marinade and pour over the chicken. Cover andsimmer for about 15-20 minutes or until tender. Serve with rice andspoon sauce over.
