Salisbury Steak

1 lb. hamburger -- 90% lean
7 tablespoons plain breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 onion
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 tablespoons catsup
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Patties: Chop onion and mix into hamburger along with the one egg, breadcrumbs and pepper. Form into 4 to 5 patties. Preheat oven at 350. Brown patties in skillet. Don't fully cook just brown the outside. Place patties in an 8 x 8 baking dish.

Sauce: Mix soup, catsup, and worcesterhshire sauce together. Pour over patties.Bake in a 350 oven for 1/2 hour. Delicious!! Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetable.
