Crock Pot Mushroom Chicken

from Karen R.

2-3 lbs. chicken pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup of water
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms

Rinse chicken pieces, place in crock pot. Mix soup and water, pour over chicken.Drain mushrooms, sprinkle over chicken. Cook on low for 7 hours. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.

Caution: Watch out for bones when eating. The chicken is so tender that it just falls apart. I tear the meat off of the bones and cut it up forthe kids. (Or use boneless chicken, but it just doesn't have the sameflavor that way.)
