Cut up raw veggies -- carrots, cucumbers, celery, green andred peppers. Stick about 10 chicken nuggets (I buy 'em by the 5 lb bag at Sam's Club) in the toaster oven, cook for about 8 minutes. Take out and cut in to 1/4 nugget pieces. Cut up apples, bananas, pears, or orange slices into 12 pieces. Put all the food in separate dishes. Give kids explicitinstructions about the *numbers* of items that have to be scewered on wooden sticks. They're so busy thinking about the numbers, they forgetthey're eating good food.
