Chicken Breasts Supreme

1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
1/2 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
2 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup reduced-salt chicken broth, fat removed
1/2 cup dry white wine or vermouth or chicken broth
2 cups mushrooms, sliced

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix cornflake crumbs with seasonings. Coatchicken with seasoned crumbs and arrange in a 9"x13" baking pan that hasbeen sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Spray skillet with nonstickcooking spray and sautˇ onions. Add broth and wine and bring to a boil.Pour around chicken. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes. Meanwhile, sautˇmushrooms in a skillet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.Arrange around chicken after the chicken has cooked for 30 minutes. Bake anadditional 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
