Chicken Little

1 pkg chicken legs or wings
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
1 pkg Shake-n-Bake or homemade chicken mix
margarine (or canola oil)

Remove chicken skin to the best of your ability. Soak chicken in egg and milk in a bowl for about an hour. Take the chicken parts and thebreading mixture and shake together in a Ziplock baggie. Melt margarineor canola oil in a baking pan at 375 degrees. Turn the chicken so that allsides are coated with oil and the breading. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at375 degrees.
