In a large bowl, mix the wine, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Add thechicken pieces, stir to coat and marinate in fridge for one hour. Drainchicken, reserving marinade. In a shallow dish, mix the flour, salt, andpepper. Lightly dredge the chicken, one piece at a time in the seasonedflour. In a large frying pan (or wok) heat the oil until moderatelyhot. Add the chicken and cook, turning, until brown on all sides. Add thehoney to the reserved marinade and pour over the chicken. Cover andsimmer for about 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Serve with rice andspoon sauce over.
