Teriyaki Beef

2 lbs. stewing beef or round steak
teriyaki sauce
rice

Trim and cut 2 lbs (or around 4 kg) of stewing beef or round steak into thin strips. Make thick teriyaki sauce (1/4 cup or according to taste).Brown the stewing beef in a skillet until is it brown using medium heat.Add the thick teriyaki sauce and simmer for 5 minutes or until bubbling.Serve over cooked rice.

Hints: Use partially frozen meat because it's easier slice thin, and it makes a nice juice in the pan without having to use oil. Add some frozen vegetables to the rice while it's cooking.
