Miscellaneous | Family Fare | Quick & Healthy Kitty Litter Cakefrom Sue A. 1 pack spice cake mix
Prepare cake mixes and bake according to directions. Prepare pudding mix and chill until ready to assemble. Crumble white sandwich cookies in small batches in blender. They tend to stick so scrape often. Set aside all but about 1/4 cup. To the 1/4 cup of cookie crumbs, add a few drops of green food coloring and mixusing a fork. (This is what makes the kitty litter look like it has chlorophyll in it). When the cakes are cooled to room temperature, crumble into a largebowl. Toss with half the remaining cookie crumbs and chilled pudding.Gently combine. Line a new, clean kitty litter box (obviously!) Putmixture into the litter box. Put three unwrapped tootsie rollsin a microwave safe dish and heat until soft and pliable. Shape ends sothey are no longer blunt, curving slightly. Repeat with 3 more tootsierolls and bury in mixture in the litter box. Lightly sprinkle the greencookie crumbs over the top. Heat remaining tootsie rolls three at atime. Place on top and sprinkle with cookie crumbs. Serve with a new, clean kitty "pooper scooper." Enjoy!
