Turning Off HTML Mail

HTML mail can create problems with many people's e-mail software, so the List Moms would appreciate it if you turn that option off in your e-mail program.

In MS Express Outlook
to get turn off HTML in the mail you send, look under Tools -- Options -- Send -- Mail Sending Format: check the box that says Plain Text (instead of HTML)

In Netscape Communicator 4.5
go to Edit -- Preferences -- Mail & Groups -- Formatting and select the option at the top to use the text editor for your mail.
