Kristene fell into the same trap that plagues many parentseither making multiple meals or resorting to pizza or hamburgers for the sake of the children. Most parents like variety and kidswell, kids won't eat what they don't like. "I decided that as long as my children were going to be picky eaters, my husband and I could at least enjoy our meals. We love ethnic cuisine with spicy seasonings and we both are health conscious too. I began to cook more adventurous adult recipes with robust flavors. By making a few simple modifications, I can make a more kid classic version. I sent in some of my recipes to local newspapers and started teaching cooking classes as a way to earn extra income."
